2. Client Collaboration and Responsibilities

Our development sprints rely on active collaboration. To ensure timely delivery, we require clients to:

  • Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and technical access promptly.
  • Review milestones and provide consolidated feedback within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Communicate clearly regarding any changes to project scope, which may result in adjusted timelines and costs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are strictly tied to project milestones as defined in your specific agreement. Retainer engagements are billed on a monthly cadence. We reserve the right to pause development or withhold final deliverables if payment terms are not met. All invoices are expected to be settled within the stated net terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect the ownership of your digital products. Upon receipt of full and final payment, the intellectual property rights for the finalized codebases, designs, and deliverables are transferred entirely to you. Altitudo Quant Innovations retains the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the project start.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We engineer our solutions using modern, reliable technology stacks. However, digital ecosystems rely on third-party services, APIs, and hosting providers. Therefore:

  • We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service from external dependencies.
  • We provide a standard stabilization window post-launch to address any immediate bugs within our codebase.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project or retainer month.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal business strategies shared during the engagement strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any specific project.

7. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our operational processes or legal requirements. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
